Used a lot of fuel!
Friendly and helpful staff. Quick response time with our booking. Checking out the vehicle was a very long process, however.
Very clean and in good working order. The bolt to hold the slide away bed was a bit hokey.
The service was very efficent
The vehicle was exactly what was needed. My only comment wouldbe the television was useless mainly due to the instructions being in German

The engine was good and it drove well but some of the fixture and fittings left a lot to be desired. I did report them when we handed the van back in.

Facilities were great and comfort was top notch. The bedding and towels were a little dirty looked and smelt unwashed but we had our own anyway so that wasn't an issue for us fortunately

Slow pick up of vehicle. Very quick return. TV didn't work.
Easy to drive. Well appointed , though crockery etc was only just adequate - all oddments and cutlery was poor quality.
On the whole the vehicle was ideal but the TV aerial did not work.

Overall quite positive experience
Vehicle was fairly new, only problem the air conditioner was not very good (i.e. air was mildly cold but not enough). This should be included in the check.
