Very friendly peaple from apollo in christchurch and in auckland

It was clean and oll has very good working. Only if it was raining, the water rins inside in a backwindow and in the roof hatch

Good camper, suitable to our needs

very fast and uncomplicated check-in/check-out. I was the first user of this nice new car!

I was travelling by myself, so I had a lot of space. But some of the kitchen appliance is too small, e.c. the frying pan. Esp. in case of more passengers.

Perfect size for 2 people, possible to open the rear doors and have your meals on the 'terrace' with gorgeous views. The vehicle functioned very well, although it was not very clean inside from the beginning (had even a filthy smell inside). But some cleaning of stove, fan and cupboard surfaces improved things a lot.

We loved the Vivid Camper! Only thing was that the pans are a bit to small for 3 to 4 people, so we had to buy some bigger pans! But that was really the only thing...

It was amazing!!! What a campervan. It went great in the mountains and all. Very nice, quit during the night with the refurgerator working. Very good. Only the matrass was not so clean anymore.

The oven ignition did not work . Minor issue.

The vehicle was in good condition. However it had only 2 electrical outlets. I had to buy an extension cord and power bar to plug in my computer and phone chargers. Previous camper in Australia had extra outlets by the sink, and there should also be an outlet by the dinette table. This is the 21st century!

Good vehicle, well equipped

We had a refrigerator problem. Apollo was very responsive in fixing the problem while attempting to limit disruption to our trip.

In our Cairns vehicle, the vehicle was new. Water from the water tank had a chemical taste, so I emptied and refilled to fix.

Excellent holiday. NZ is a lovely country and Worldwide Travel put together a great itinerary and guide hosts for us.

easier than I expected

Could have done with a little more maintenance, but I think it was due to people not telling them what was wrong as they feared being charged for it - just little things like broken drawers, towel holders and television arm. Our grey water had issues which could have been handled better, but didn't really detract from our holiday too much
